Man arrested for drug and explosive ownership after he had fled the police in front of the police

Huntington, W.Va. (Wsaz) – A man was arrested for several charges after he had fled the police in front of the police early Thursday morning.

According to the criminal charges, Kristopher Osborne became the illegal possession of destructive or explosive devices, possession with the intention of delivering a controlled substance and, among other things, fleeing a police officer.

The criminal complaint states that Osborne drove a bike without real headlights on the 800 block of the 3RD Street in Huntington. The officers switched on their police lights and followed Osborne when he ran a stop sign until he broke off the bike in the 900 block of the W 3RD Street.

The police searched Osborne and found 10 grams of methamphetamine and a invited pistol of his person.
