The Shreveport police commemorate the public of Mardi Gras regulations and regulations

Shreveport, La. (KSLA) – Mardi Gras is Tuesday, March 4, but earlier Shreveport has a few more roles.

The Klewe from Gemini rolls on Saturday, March 1st, and the Klewe from Highland Rolls Sunday, March 2. In the meantime, the Shreveport police encourage people to enjoy the end of the Mardi Gras season.

Safety rules of the parade

  • No glass bottles on the parade route
  • No drones on the Parade route
  • No minor drinking
  • No pets allowed
  • No ATVs or other off-road vehicles
  • No nudity

Road closures

  • For Gemini, the streets will be closed on Saturday at 1 p.m. Once in the Parade route, vehicles must not go.
  • For Highland, Avenue between Ockley and Gladstone is completed on Sunday at 9 a.m. All other streets on the route are closed at 12 p.m.
