Alabama basketball to visit a visit to the recently published Miami 5-star SG

After Jim Larranaga resigned as head coach of Miami, 5-star SG Matthew Leer granted his release from his national substitute for intent with the hurricanes and has reopened his recruitment.

Although Nate Oats and Alabama Basketball were not a factor for his recruitment before he was committed and signed at Miami, the Crimson Tide one of three teams belongs and set up an official visit with the ability, by 3 by Joe Tipton.

In Tuscaloosa on March 5 in Tuscaloosa for Alabama's last home game of the regular season against Florida. Tennessee will visit the Vols Matchup with The Crimson Tide on Saturday and make a third visit to Baylor on March 8.

In the next week, Alabama will see twice nearby. In the past few weeks, his shares have increased significantly with a big senior season. The 6-foot 5-Guard from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is classified as a 5-star prospective and the No. 26 team player in 247 composite rankings.

A strong 2025 class for oats and Alabama could increase

Alabama already signed three prospects in the 2025 cycle, which gave them number 13 in the composite rankings. 4-star striker London ever, 4-star wachmann, Davion Hannah and 4-star wing Amari Allen form the three-man class for Alabama the moment.

Last year the flood was late, with Guard Labaron Philon out of his NLI with Kansas and signing Alabama. It worked out pretty well, and Philon was an excellent addition and is currently a projected choice for the 1st round in the NBA design of 2025.

Mark Sears, Chris Youngblood, Grant Nelson and Cliff Omoruyi will exhaust their justification at the end of this season. Alabama could also lose Philon and Derrion Reid against early entry to the NBA design, and the Tranfer portal is always the ultimate wildcard.

It is a little surprising to see that Alabama aims at a security guard late in the cycle, since her needs are a veteran in the position and possibly a younger big one, but Oats knows the make -up of the squad better than any of us and seems to land the talented high school senior.
