The Florida lottery announced on Thursday that Chien Pham from St. Petersburg received the price of $ 1 million from $ 500 times, the Cashscratch-Off game.

Lottery officers said Pham bought his winning ticket from a 7-eleven in the 6980 40th Street North in Pinellas Park. With a 1-to-4,23 chance to win a prize, Pham was $ 50 in $ 1 million.
