Several dogs that were released after the break -in at the San Bernardino Shelter

San Bernardino, California (KABC) – someone used bolt cutters to break into the San Bernardino shelter and left several dogs.

Video, published by the city's pet service department, shows that the dogs run in front of the building on Wednesday at around 3:30 a.m.

The San Bernardino police authority headed and took a woman into custody. Most of the dogs were found, including four, which were found in a garbage container.

However, a dog is still missing-a cream-colored female chihuahua called Louise.
