No charge of shooting of 17-year-old Aldine HS student in McDonald's Drive-Thru in N. Houston

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – ABC13 has more questions on Friday than answers after the death of 17-year-old Aldine ISD student in a McDonald's Drive-Thru.

The video caught the tense moments when a group of young young boys showed that screamed and approached a truck. As can be seen in the video, a truck door opens, a teenager approaches and a shot is fired, which kills it. In the video you can see how the red pickup truck accelerates and run over the victim's legs, which are now dead on the floor.

Several agencies have published statements, but not many answers were given.

The Houston police said that the red truck, which the shooter and the poured away, was found on Thursday in Laura Koppe Road, and several people were arrested. HPD would not say whether those who were imprisoned are involved in the incident or in the truck at the time of the shootout. An HPD spokesman only says that the investigators have kept details of details while the investigation is discovered.

Eyewitness News know that no charges were raised at this point.

In the meantime, Aldine ISD published an explanation in which the death of one of her students was confirmed, but they did not answer when they were asked whether the truck also contained ISD students. The police said ABC13 on Thursday that they believe that this was a result of a current struggle between two students that began in a football game on Wednesday.

A witness who spoke to ABC13 can still not wrap his head in the front row to conquer fatal violence.

“He didn't deserve to be shot,” said witness Dustin Garza.

On Friday there was an obvious increase in the police and the security was seen in and around the Aldine ISD campus. According to Aldine ISD, employees and students are available.
