Could this year be the year in which we say goodbye to our “intelligent” life and joyfully accept a “dumber”?

Beth McGroArty, research director at the non -profit organization Global Wellness Institute in Florida, is of the opinion that people divide more serious for digital breaks in 2025.

There is growing evidence that too much time online our brain really affects our attention and increase the risk of brain-related diseases such as dementia or stroke.

In the past ten years, the increase in fear, depression, problems in connection with attention span, body dysmorphia and eating disorders in all age groups, especially teenagers and young adults, has increased steadily. They can all be associated with unhealthy screen time.
