Man who was arrested after shooting during the dispute leaves him and the woman injured, how records prove it

SAN ANTONIO – A man was arrested after a dispute with a woman who ended in both was wounded by a shot he had released, according to the County Court Court in Bexar.

Richard Gonzales, 46, was arrested on Wednesday and, according to court files, will be exposed to between four and 200 grams with a fatal weapon and the possession of a controlled substance.

The shootout took place on Wednesday shortly after 3 p.m. in the 900 block of the Shemya Avenue.

A preliminary report by SAPD on Thursday said that Gonzales pulled a gun during the argument and threatened to take life.

The victim, a 36-year-old woman who was Gonzales together, tried to disarm him.

During the fight, however, the weapon released them both according to the report.

The victims were taken to a hospital for further treatment. At this point it is unclear what conditions their conditions are.
