The 57 -year -old Twila Guzman was arrested on Thursday and sees itself exposed to animals without adequate food or water due to animals and illegal restriction/abandonment.

Volusia County's sheriff office said his investigation began in December 2024, after the MPs received reports on a thin brown horse on a property in Deleon Springs.

On arrival, the MPs observed three horses: a white horse called Marshmallow, a white pony named Candy and a brown horse in bad form called Kash. The deputies spoke to Guzman, who said she planned an appointment for the horse on January 16, 2025 to pay attention to a horse pad. He was later learned that Guzman had canceled the day before she didn't believe that it was a good idea to process him because his condition was quickly rejected.

The veteran continued that Kash showed signs of Thrush, a bacterial infection that occurs at the horse's hoof.
