Houston Crime: 14-year-old killed in shooting, the police are looking for suspects

A 14-year-old is dead after a shootout that took place in Houston on Friday evening, officers said.

The Houston police said the shootout occurred on Friday evening around 9 p.m. in the 600s Hafenblock.

Officials said they were initially called for a drive-by shootout for a report.

However, civil servants said when they arrived at the scene, they found a 14-year-old male victim.

The victim was declared dead in the scene.

According to the report, the victim was in a house in Harbor Street with friends when he received a call from the suspect.

The police said that the victim and the suspect had led to a dispute on the phone, which escalated.

Shortly after the argument, the officials said that the suspect came at the location and started shooting into the vehicle in which the victim was sitting.

The homicide division of the Houston Police Department was notified and is examined.
