Nagaland Lottery Sambad Saturday (March 01, 2025): The conducting and playing of lottery games is completely forbidden in all other states of India, with the exception of 13 countries in which these activities are permitted. Lottery games and operations have been allowed in 13 Indian countries, including Nagaland, since 1967. These twelve states are Assam, Mizoram, Kerala, Meghalaya, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, West Bengal and Sikkim.

Under the leadership of the finance department, the Nagaland State Lotteries were founded in 1972 with the aim of making a stable source of income available to the state government. The Nagaland State Lottery takes place in the morning, during the day and in the evening on all seven days of the week. Another lottery name and another price amount are used every day, the main prize worth 1 Crore (including the super price amount). Better tomorrow, rather day and rather evening are three of the daily lotteries of the state of Nagaland; Tickets cost RS 6 each.

The director of Nagaland State Lotteries is responsible for monitoring and planning the lotteries, which take place every day at the Pr Hill Junction in Kohima, 797001. If you are among the happy winners, you have to:

  • Together with your ticket, present a copy of the lottery application form.
  • The ticket must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • A photo ID and passport photos approved by the government should be attached to the claim form.
  • Tickets with manipulations or damage are not accepted.

The state government grants the permission of the distributor to pay the winners of each dealer, specialist dealers, representatives or sellers on behalf of the state government a price of up to 10,000 GBP/- (ten thousand RS). Within thirty (30) days after the drawing date, all claims about RS. 10,000 must be submitted to the director, the government of Nagaland or the Knodal Office in the responsible state. Together with the forms for claims in the prescribed format, the original price profit ticket, which was properly signed by the award winner and other documents, must be submitted to receive payment within sixty (60) days.
