Viral feeling 'Wide neck' in Cherokee County due to crimes WSB-TV channel 2 arrested

Cherokee County, Ga. – The man with a unique neck was again in police custody after his last arrest in Cherokee County.

Charles Dion McDowell, known as “Wide Neck”, is faced with several crimes after his arrest on February 19 if he is accused of inappropriate activities in connection with a minor.

Prison records show that McDowell is charged with five counts of the electronic transmission/video video or photo of nudity without consent, four charges of electronic obscene materials on minor and harassment of telephone calls.

When a first search photo became viral in 2018, McDowell's fame began. Today he has almost 1 million followers on Instagram.
