The investigators identified the suspect as Nelson and say that Nelson, while they were in the middle of a surveillance operation of the crimes, returned to the dealer to commit more vandalization. Nelson was arrested in the car dealership on Monday.

A search for Nelson's car resulted in a gas container, according to the criminal complaint, vodka bottles and wick material. Clothing that the investigators believe that Nelson was worn during at least one of the crimes were said to be found in the car.

Nelson has a date of the Larimer County Court, which is planned for March 7th. Nelson is also known as Justin Thomas Nelson.
