Blue Jays get day 1 ahead of Centennial Championships

Lancaster, PA-DAS Hopkins-Indoor Track team from John's Hopkins has accumulated 64 points to achieve the 2025 lead in the 2025 Indoor Track Championships. Ursinus (41 points), Dickinson (34), Haverford (31) and Gettysburg (28) round off the top 5 in the team after the first day.

The Blue Jays produced a few individual masters and had 11 top-seven surfaces to take their 64-point efforts into account on Saturday.

Triple jump

The Blue Jays deserved one of their two individual titles in the triple jump as Oluwademade Adeniran First placed with a brand of 14.25 meters. Adeniran makes the leap to gold after taking silver in the event last season, and he has been a sixth champion in the event since 2012. Then Adeniran in the Top Six in the last overall ranking in the event were teammates Ethan Oluwole (5^TH / 13.75 meters) and Sebastian Tangelson (6^TH / 13.46 meters).

5,000-meter run

John's Hopkins produced the champion and had four of the five best finisher in the 5,000-meter run to collect 25 points in the team ranking. Tommy Li For first place in 14: 50.51 drove to first place to win the event by a little more than five seconds. This is the third year in a row in which John's Hopkins produced the champion in the 5,000, and Li was followed by teammates in the top 5 Nash Moll (3^RD / 15: 12.25), Rowan Cassidy (4^TH / 15: 12.33) and Sean Enight (5^TH / 15: 13.91).

Lim third in the pole vault
Peter Lim Grabbed the bronze in the pole vault with a jump of 4.40 meters. This is the fourth year in a row in which Lim was put in the top three in the event, since it adds today's bronze with the previous first, second and third placements. His brand today at 4.40 meters is its best ever at the Centennial Championships.

Two relays place in the first three
