GERVONTA “Tank” Davis will be a challenge from Lamont Roach for the WBA Lightweight title this weekend. Davis, currently the WBA Lightweight World Champion, has held the belt since 2019 and won except for two of his fights by excluding his opponent. However, the 130 pound champion Lamont Roach believes that he can outsmart the tank in the ring.

“The IQ and the skills that I have, compared to everyone else he fought, is only level at the top. The persistence that I will combine with it is definitely something that it is not used to. I bring the entire package with,” explained Roach during media training.
