Manel Kape Tkos Asu Almabayev, wants to record the title

Manel Kape dominated the UFC Fight Night 253 Main Event, but if you ask Asu Almabayev, the finish was not without controversy.

The flyweight at the UFC-APEX in Las Vegas saw chapel (21-7 MMA, 7-3 UFC), but Almabayev (21-3 MMA, 4-1 UFC) could not attract the referee's attention to address the referee's attention in order to address a potential eye. As a result, Cape always fought round 3 at 2:16 a.m. to record a TKO stop interruption.

To start fighting, Cape quickly took control of the center of the octagon and was patiently exerted. A few strikes found the destination early and held Almabayev up with his defensive guard. In the course of the opening round, Almabayev landed his share of counter hooks while circle, but Kape clearly sent him and sent him to the bloody and swollen chair.

In the second round, Kalloser felt more comfortable with the river of the fight. He played a little with his movement and added a few quick mockery, but Almabayev was still there to combine with some criminal offense. The explosiveness of Kape was more effective when he entered with a variety of attacks, including Springknie and Spinn steps.

In the third round, Kap rose the pressure. Almabayev tried to signal referee Mike Beltran that he had come into the eye, but the referee did not give him a break. A repetition clearly showed how Cape scratched him over his face.

Without the intervention of the referee, Cape repeatedly worked for a goal by chasing Almabayev over the octagon and giving up the strikes to the final TKO interruption.

“Will you deny my title shot again?” Kape said during his interview after the fight with Jon Anik. “… I will steal this belt as if I would steal my daughter sweets.”

Kape then brought his daughter to the octagon to let her say: “Daddy win”.

With the victory, Cape is in the shortlist for the title fight of flyweight. He joined this fight against Bruno Silva in his heels and was organically planned to face Brandon Royval before an injury forced a change from the opponent.

The result marks the end of a 17-member winning streak for Almabayev. The former M-1 champion won its first four UFC fights, but came in its first option for the main event, although he may have complaints about how everything went with the eye connector.
