Women's basketball leads wire-to-wire at the Senior Day victory over Presbyterians

Cooking springs, NC -The women's basketball team at the Gardner-Webb University (11-17, 8-8 Big South) has never followed on Saturday afternoon in the Paul Porter Arena and Presbyterian (6-23, 4-12 Big South) defeated with a final of 91-81 on Seniors' Day

The Runnin 'Bulldogs flew out of the goals on Saturday afternoon and scored 27 points in the first quarter behind an 8-von-13 shooting clip. In one of the best performance of your debut campaign, Freshman Guard Kendall Scott Opened the game by scoring 9 of the first 11 Gardner-Webb points when the DAWGs presented 11: 2. striker Elze Motakate Also contributed to the Senior Day at an early stage and scored 10 points in the first quarter when Gardner-Webb built a 27-21 lead.

Motkarkte also added an almost double double with 17 points, nine rebounds, during the second security guard Lauren Bailey Shouldn't be done on three with 15 points.

For the game, Gardner-Webb shot a 56.6% season high of 56.6%, including only over 60% in the first and fourth quarter. The Runnin 'Bulldogs, which are also connected to 5 out of 10 three and a whopping 26 of 30 free throwing attempts.
