Bucknell University

Annapolis, MD.-Bucknell is in third place with 15 points after the first day of the Patriot League Indoor Track & Championships. The Orange & Blue collected a medal, four top placements and three athletes for the final of tomorrow.

The army ranks with 74 points in the first place, the Marine follows 55, Bucknell has third place, Colgate Slots fourth (11), Lehigh sits (11), Lafayette is sixth (8), Boston has the seventh (6), American full eighth (5), and Holy Cross slides the overall materials in the areas of ninth (3).

Results

Aiden Tacker Medal for the bison in the weight throw. The junior launcher won bronze and threw the weight 58-10. His first throw was his best effort.

“Three years ago, the Bucknell Track & Field coach made a chance of me,” said Tacker. “I went on a team after I had never thrown the weight. I was almost cut. Flash Forward three years later and this chance went for the team by scoring a few points to bring the team in the right direction in the right direction.”

“Aiden was in the middle of an army party,” said the coach Ryan Protzman. “But he stayed locked up and got away with his first Patriot League medal. He had a slow start to his season, but he really found his groove in the past few weeks and ended his inside season positively.”

Henry Didden Floated in the middle teenagers for a large part of the 5000-meter run before reaching fifth place. The time of the junior runner of 14: 23.98 places ninth time in the history of Bucknell.

High semester Pole Vaultter Gabriel Pececaitis started his league career with a release of 15-9 fifth.
