Men and women's swimming & Diving Post New records on the second day of the ECAC championships

Annapolis, MD – Swimming and diving by men and women delivered three record or equal services on the second day of the United States Naval Academy.

Highlights for women

  • The Manhattan relay of Jaila WilliamsonPresent Ellen FeneidePresent Sophia Leber And Leticia Fontes Place ninth place in the women 200 -yard -Medley relay.

  • In the 50 -Yard -Backstroke leg of the same season, Fense put the women's team record with a time of 27.16.

  • Fontes Band with a time of 31.25, which set it with Alexandra Hutzler in 2017, the women's team record in the 50 -Yard -breast part of the season with a time of 31.25 with Alexandra Hutzler.

  • The 200 -Yard medley became ninth in the final.

Men's highlights

  • After sixth place in the 100 -Yard breast swimming of the men, senior Joe Brennan Produced a new school record in the final with a time of 53.93 and crossed its own school bar.

  • Overall, Brennan's performance brought him third place.

  • The 800 -Yard freestyle relay of men had the Jaspers in a tie for tenth place and entered the efforts of Harding, Haynes, Cartagena and Ehrhardt.
