NYPD: RAID -NETS cannons in the closet by Staten Island Home; Man, 48, charged

Staten Iceland, ny-long-term allegations in a house in Clifton, several weapons were recovered, the police said.

On February 6, February 6, at 5 a.m., armed civil servants were raving the Yefry Vargas Severino (48) house on February 6th in the morning.

Severino was in the living room of the house when the police arrived.

Weapons and balls were found in a bedroom cabinet on the second floor of the house, the police said.

In a pocket, a weapon contained two semi-automatic pistols, a 9 mm bull and a bell of .380 caliber, the complaint says. A magazine in the pocket was loaded with eight 9 -mm balls, the police said.

According to the complaint, the officials found a semi -automatic pistol in a shoe box in the Silver Smith & Wesson .40 Caliber.

The officials claim that they had confiscated a box with 38 rounds 9 -mm ammunition in a high closet near the bed in the main bedroom.

In a chest of drawers in the bedroom there was a magazine with nine rounds with balls of 40 caliber, the police claim.

The complaint states that Severino “had no license to own a firearm in the city or in New York and is not a dealer in rifles or shotguns in New York City”.

Severino was charged with the criminal possession of a weapon, the criminal property of a firearm and the possession of pistols or revolver ammunition.

He was not guilty for all fees and is free of charge at EUR 45,000/15,000 in cash for a deposit. According to public records, he will be traced back to the criminal court on April 9th.

A lawyer of the accused did not immediately answer a request for comments.
