Jackson township chiropractor for criminal sexual contact charged

Jackson township, NJ – A chiropractor in Ocean County was charged with criminal sexual contact after the authorities touched a patient inappropriately, the authorities said.

The 68 -year -old James Royle from New Egypt was charged on February 27 in connection with the incident, which was said to take place on February 14th in Royle Sports Chiropractic in Jackson Township, according to Ocean County, Bradley D. Billhimer.

On February 26, a patient contacted law enforcement and reported that Royle had inappropriately touched her during a planned chiropractic meeting.

The investigators of the Ocean County public prosecutor's office of the public prosecutor and the Jackson township police authority found that the presumed contact was not related to the treatment.

Royle turned to the Jackson township police headquarters on February 27 and was charged with the Supreme Court of Ocean County for future court appearances.

The authorities credited the Special victim unit and the Jackson Township police for their efforts in the investigation.

The chiropractor faces court proceedings because the investigators ask for further victims to report.
