NOPD: Two shot in the Bourbon Street in a possible random discharge

New Orleans Ems transported the victim to the hospital.

New Orleans – One person was an “accidental discharge” of a firearm on Saturday evening in the Bourbon Street in the New Orleans police department.

The police were called in a report about a shootout in the 200:45 p.m. in the 200 Bourbon Street Block. It happened in a busy part of the Bourbon Street full of visitors and night owls who enjoyed parades.

The reaction of the eighth district officials found a victim who suffered from gunshot wound. New Orleans Ems transported the victim to the hospital.

The police initially reported the incident when two people shot into a heavy battery by shooting. Nopd later reported that she was now examining the incident as a “accidental discharge” of a firearm and only one person was injured at the shootout.
