Police examined Murder in West Charlotte with armed security guards – WSOC TV

Charlotte-Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department of the police authority began a murder examination in the Freedom Division early Sunday morning.

According to CMPD, the police reacted to a call about an attack with a fatal weapon on the 4800 block of the Wilkinson Boulevard around 2 a.m.

The police say that the victim got into a dispute with an armed security guard and was shot. The officers discovered the man on arrival with a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was then died, said CMPD.

According to the police, the incident is still being examined. The police asked someone to call 704-432-8477 to speak to a detective for murder units.
