Three men with charges for narcotics in Jamestown | News, sports, jobs

An investigation of the narcotics has led to the arrest of three Jamestown persons.

The Sheriff Department of the Chautauqua County reports on its members and the Jamestown police, and the police of the city of Dunkirk ended several months of investigation of the narcotics activities in the city of Jamestown with a search order in 614 E. Sixth Lower Apartment on Wednesday at 1:45 a.m.

Jamestown Police Swat went down in the residence. At the time of the search order, 44-year-old Ronnie Walker, 36-year-old Demarco Lathan and 37-year-old Lucas Smyczek was located. As a result of the search agents, the investigators confiscated 20.3 gram crack cocaine, 4.7 grams of fentanyl, scales for the distribution of narcotics and 545 US dollars in currency. Walker was charged with three charges of a controlled substance of a third degree, which used criminal second degree with drug utensils and manipulations with physical evidence.

Both Lathan and Smyczek were charged with the criminal possession of a controlled substance third degree and the second degree criminal using drug utensils. All three were brought to Jamestown City Court for charges.
