Quiet start in the week with gradual warming up

Happy Monday, Enc! We will see another sunny day with the winds for the inalnd communities, with a light breeze under 10 miles per hour or less along the coastal areas. High temperatures remain in the 50s and depths in the 30s. Tuesday will show a nice warm, quiet day with a few passing clouds and winds that pick up from 10 to 20 miles per hour from the southwest. We will round off the day in the upper 60s.

Wednesday will be restless and wet for most of the eastern NC, as a cold front offers shower and storm chances. The main concern for the storms is the gusty winds and heavy downpours, which have an impact on the way home and continue until the evening. Some storms could be strong to heavy. The rainfall is between 0.50 and 1.00 inches. The temperatures will be in the 70s

We will see a clear sky on Thursday and Friday when we cool down until the 50s and lower 60s and feel slightly average during the week. The weekend will have a chance of showering on both days, but these chances are 30 percent or less. We will jump forward on Saturday evening while we lose an hour of sleep, but win daylight for an additional hour at night. The sunset is closer in the hours at 7 p.m. and sunrise around 7:30 a.m.
