TCM March 2025 printable schedule plus star of the month Barbara Stanwyck

The actress Ruby Catherine Stevens, better known as Screen icon Barbara Stanwyck, is celebrated every Wednesday evening and continues on Thursday on Thursday on Thursday in Turner Classic films with several of her memorable films. The constellations are largely separated by various genres and show how versatile a Star Stanwyck was.

Wednesday, March 5th – Starts at 8 p.m.

Some of her earliest films, mainly dramas/crime dramas and a few pre-code titles, starting on the first evening, March 5, air and the next afternoon. It starts with Baby face (1933) with other highlights including Ladies of leisure (1930), The miracle woman (1931), Night nurse (1931) and Ladies you are talking about (1933).

Wednesday, March 12th – starts at 8 p.m.

Christmas in Connecticut, Barbara Stanwyck, Una O'Connor, Sydney Greenstreet, Dennis Morgan, SZ Sakall, 1945

The list of March 12th runs over 23 hours and offers some of Stanwyck's classic screwball and romantic comedies, including The Lady Eva (1941), Fireball (1941; best actress Oscar candidate), Remember the night (1940), Meet John Doe (1941), The crazy Miss Manton (1938) and Christmas in Connecticut (1945).

Wednesday, March 19 – starts at 8 p.m.

Highlights of the line -up of March 19, which runs over 18 hours, include some of the films noir and crime dramas, which are led by Stanwyck in the 40s and 50s, starting with their legendary femme fatal application Double compensation (1944; best actress candidate) and also with Sorry, wrong number (1948; best actress candidate), No own man (1950), Witness of the murder (1954) and The strange love of Martha Ivers (1946) among other things.

The last line -up that in the evening from March 26th evening Everything I wish (1953), There is always tomorrow (1956) and Executive Suite (1954) and a few westerns: Annie Oakley (1935), The moonlight (1953) and Trooper hook (1957).
