Over 500,000 US dollars compensation according to the Pere Duplex fire

A house caught fire and exploded in de Pere on weekends.

WFRV reports that de Pere Fire and Rescue on Saturday (March 1stst) Shortly before 1:45 p.m. for a duplex fire.

Firefighters arrived on site to find the duplex with smoke from all sides, and an occupant was helped by the adjacent duplex.

Several windows were interrupted, with ruins in the courtyard, showing signs of an explosion.

The fire was found in the basement and the fire staff deleted the flames from the outside.

Some pets were found undamaged outside and returned to their lawful owners.

The Brown County Fire Investigation Team examines the fire and the explosion, which caused an estimated 550,000 US dollar damage.
