Gurgaon woman praises Blinkit's 10-minute ambulance for the salvation of the grandfather: 'Let me in awe' | Deployment

A woman in Gurgaon claimed that the Quick Commerce app Blinkit's 10-minute ambulance service saved her grandfather's life. Blinkit started a fast ambulance service in Gurugram in January to receive “quick and reliable” medical help. In a LinkedIn Post, Komal Kataria praised the quick service she said that she had granted her grandfather a critical care.

“If every second counts, Blinkit delivers ambulance,” she wrote.

“My grandfather needed urgent medical help, and we called Blinkit ambulance. I expected that the usual long waiting times, chaotic storms and unclear processes. But what happened next. Within minutes, the ambulance An-Faster came as any traditional service that I saw.

Kataria added that the compassion and integrity of the outpatient clinic personnel, apart from the fact that the medical support of the outpatient clinic personnel is evident. “They didn't just pull and left us. They stayed until the doctor arrived and provided a detailed handover of my grandfather's condition. When my mother tried to offer them money out of the books, they rejected it politely,” she added.

The position quickly gained attention and Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal reacted to the post and added that he was happy that the service could help her. “I am so happy that we could help. I wish her grandfather a quick recovery,” he said.

From Gurgaon, Blinkit started his 10-minute ambulance as around the clock with the latest medical devices and occupied by trained paramedics.
