Structure fire damages Eastern Goleta Valley Home, outbuilding | Local news

A structural fire damaged a house in Ostgoleta Valley and, according to the fire brigade of Santa Barbara County, displaced two inhabitants on Sunday evening.

The flame was reported on the 4600 block of Camino del Robles near Puente Drive at 10:18 p.m., said captain Scott Safechuck.

Fire damaged an outside building and the living area of ​​the family home, he added. The two roommates living there for adults who lived and were safe, said Safechuck.

They were driven out of the house on Sunday evening because of the fire damage.

Firefighters from the district departments and the Santa Barbara City have held the flames from spreading to the rest of the house and neighboring houses, said Safechuck. The fire was deleted until 10:40 p.m. and the cause is examined.
