“It's a moment to develop,” “expert”, to keep the skin healthy for decades

A celebrity maintenance expert reveals the top products every decade – from the 20s to 60s – and his secret for the use of retinol.

Scott McGlynn, 36 -Moderator of Promi -Skin -Stalk -shared his tips for skin care routine at any age.

In her 20s, he says that it is a must to wear SPF 50 to “prevent future damage”, but not to overwhelm with a complicated routine at this age.

If you approach your 30s, you should start introducing more rich cleaning agents and LED masks.

If you can afford it, he says that in the 40s and 50s, it is good to do for professional treatments such as facial treatments.

The expert says that when you reach your 1960s, it is good to move away from richer products because the skin is “thinner” and “sensitive”.

Scott from Clapham, London, but originally from Blackwood, said: “Be quite strict with your routine.

“My skin care routine is a me moment. It is a moment to discover.

“Find a candle. Turn off your phone. Have a spa moment, but at home.”

Scott says his best advice to those in the twenties is not to use too many products on their skin.

He said, “They still grow into their skin.

“Less is more at this age.

“SPF is always a plus – it uses it every day. I don't care if it rains.

“Future damage will prevent.

“I wish I had learned that when I was younger. I was burned very badly.”

According to Scott, Trinny London's current favorite spell comes for £ 46, but he also loves Garnier SPF serum at a cheaper price of £ 14.

He also suggests that “soft” and “non -seduced” products are good starting points.

He said: “Too many different products are more harmful than people think.

“Don't overdo it.”

When you reach your 30s, Scott said that it was good to present a more rich cleaning agent.

He said, “It cleans the whole dirt and the pollution of the day.

“A gel cleaner is really good at getting into these pores.

“Invest in a peeling and use twice a week.”

In their late 30s and 40s, Scott said that we should invest in a more rich moisture cream with vitamin C, since our skin often becomes blunt when we stop producing so much collagen.

He uses a collagen powder that he uses his hot drinks or smoothies in the morning.

Scott said an LED mask was also a great investment this decade.

He said, “You are expensive, it is an investment and it works incredible.

“Light therapy is used to repair the skin.”

In your forty, you should also introduce retinol – only use it in the evening.

Scott said, “Don't use it every evening – it's too hard on your skin if you do it.

“You didn't provide moisture afterwards.

“Your skin will feel a bit dry, but not fight against her.”

Scott warns that Retinol should only be introduced in the 30s or 40s and should not be used for “young young skin”.

During the 1950s, Scott says that her skin care should remain the same -with anti -aging products.

If you can afford it, he says that a journey to a facial treatment is a great idea.

He said, “It's a great pleasure in itself.”

When you reach your 1960s, we should “go away from richer products”.

He said, “When we get older, it gets thinner and more delicate.

“Don't go too rich in moisturizer. Don't overdo it because you can pull the skin down.

“It is important that the skin breathes.”
