The suspect in fatal I-15 shootings had cocaine, was 'paranoid'

Witnesses said the man arrested because of The fatal shootout on Sunday on Interstate 15 In North -las Vegas, cocaine had used and, according to a police report, seemed to be “paranoid” in the hours earlier.

The 28-year-old Joseph de Luna was custody for suspicion of the murder about the shootout, which south I-15 for several hours.

According to the report, a soldier who reacted to the scene found a small bag with “suspected cocaine” during a search on de Luna.

Witnesses told the detectives that de Luna, the victim and others in a house previously hanged out in a house, and de Luna used all night over cocaine. One person said de Luna “sometimes” acted differently in the influence of cocaine, “the report says.

A second witness said de Luna “had cocaine in the Haus Paranoid and all his time in the house,” wrote the police.
