Men's football announces 2025 spring plan

Baltimore – The soccer trainer of the UMBC boss, Anthony Adams, announced the team's spring plan, which was highlighted on April 18 by the 11th annual kicks for chase game in the retriever Soccer Park.

The retrievers have a solid season with 8-7-4, including a 4-2-1 mark in the robust America East Conference. Junior middle field player Joseph Picotto and second striker Ryan Calheira Breakout seasons enjoyed five goals each. Junior goalkeeper Emigdio Tormo Lopez Was spectacular and only allowed 1.20 goals per game. UMBC defeated the National Champion of Vermont in the regular season and lost against the Catahounts in double overtime in the America East tournament.

“We play some very good opponents again in the spring season,” said UMBC head coach Anthony Admas. “The team is looking forward to some very competitive games.”

On Friday, March 8, Umbc James Madison will organize at 2:00 p.m. The dukes went 8-5-6 last autumn and reached the semi-finals of the Sun Belt Conference tournament. Junior Sebastian Conlon was appointed goalkeeper of the year, while Sophomore Luca Nikola divided the defensive player of the year.

The retrievers return to the retriever Soccer Park to see George Washington on Saturday, March 29th at 3:00 p.m. Louis Crofts, one of the best newcomers in the Atlantic-10 last autumn and the team ran with five goals and 10 points.

American will travel to Baltimore on Saturday, April 5, at 5:00 p.m. The Eagles went 4-2-3 in the Patriot League this season and went into the semi-finals. The junior striker Troy Elgerma was elected offensive player of the Patriot League of the year after 13 points.

UMBC will take a road trip of spring when you travel to Philadelphia on Saturday, April 12th. The Quäker went 14-1-1 in the Ivy and won the regular season and the tournament crown. Penn finally lost in the NCAA's opening round in the first round against umass, 1-0. The Hoyas ended 11: 5: 5 last autumn and won the Big East Championship. In the NCAA, Georgetown made a 2-0 decision by the NC State in the NCAA in the first round. The retriever and Hoyas played a goalless draw last season in the retriever Soccer Park.
