The video shows the moment that leads to fatal shooting in the Southwest Miami-Dade Bar

Moments later rang shots and gave two people, a third injured, and Paul Edward Koch (62) in custody, according to the Miami-Dade sheriff. He was charged with a weapon because of murder.

According to the affidavit, Koch was involved in a physical examination of another patron in Club Glades in the SW 256th St. 18401 at around 8.47 p.m. The security personnel accompanied him from the venue, but he soon returned with a pistol called up by his vehicle, the authorities said.

The investigators stated that Koch was confronted by one of the victims outside, he opened the fire and killed it fatally. Then he went towards the outside and killed a second victim, a bar employee. The authorities confirmed that no victim was armed or seemed to have provoked Koch before shooting.

“A fight broke out, and the owner of the place triggered the boys who fought,” a witness told CBS News Miami. “One of them went back to his car, grabbed a gun and started shooting.”

Nicole Terrell, a friend of one of the victims, Marc Hess, said the argument that led to fatal shootings, began over a buried drink.

“When we were told last night, it was almost like that: 'Do I dream?' It's just very unhappy, it hits near home, ”said Terrell.

A baran employee told CBS News Miami that Koch was annoyed, left the bar to get a weapon, and opened the fire. The employee also noticed that friends of the alleged shooter hold him back until the police arrived.

The authorities have recaptured a semi-automatic pistol from Koch, which was taken into account without further incidents. It is recorded without bond until the court appeared.

Officials also confirmed that a good Samaritan was flown to the Jackson South Medical Center after accidentally shot himself during the incident.

Surveillance material and camera recordings carried with body have reportedly recorded the entire shootout and provided important evidence for investigators.
