Kelvin Enfinger typed the chair of the associated builders and contractors of the Florida Board

The associated builders and contractors (ABC) of Florida have selected Kelvin Enfinger as 2025 CEO.

Enfinger is vice president and partner of Greenhut Construction Company In Pensacola.

Enfinger comes from northwest florida and worked under construction and as a trade of his entire career.

ABC from Florida represents more than 2,000 member companies And has five chapters throughout the state. It is the largest commercial building association in Florida and serves as the “voice of the commercial construction” in Tallahassee.

In addition to his new role as chairman of the ABC of the Florida Board, Enfinger is also a member of the National Tech and Innovation Committee of the group and the National Free Enterprise Alliance Committee. It also serves on board members for the Naiop Northwest Florida, Floridawest Eda and Brace in the Escambia County.

In addition, Enfinger is also a member of the advisory board of the University of West Florida Construction Management and chairman of the ABC North Florida Board (2024) and former member of the ABC National Board (2024).

ABC from Florida employs a full-time lobbyist team that is committed to the interests of the organization and its members in Tallahasee, and for the legislation that benefits the wider construction industry.

Every year, members of the group take part in one of several “Capitol Days” in which different groups, organizations and companies with legislators and other members of the legislative procedure take part in what they do and why. ABC of members of Florida wear hardhats and discuss real effects of state regulations that relate to the construction.

According to the group, the industry is one of the five most important business drivers in Florida's economy.

The chapters include central florida, the east coast, the first coast, the golf coast and North Florida.
