Film material, which was published in officer-involidated shooting at the main event in the Highlands Ranch

This article contains information on the fatal shooting of a person.

On February 8, a film material of the shootings entered by officers outside the main event center in the Highland Ranch was published for the public.

According to the law of Colorado, the law enforcement agency must publish the RAW UnderDited film material if it affects a shootout of the civil servants. Legal questions about the current case delayed the release of the film material to the public.

On Monday morning, the Sheriff Office of Douglas County and Tyrone Glover, lawyer Jalin Seabron's family, Body Cam, Dash Cam and the monitoring shots of 23-year-old Seabron, who was fatally shot by a member of the Sheriff's office.

Both parties expressed the importance of publishing the video.

“It is important to see the entirety of the situation in which our deputy was confronted when he ran grants in an active shooter situation without hesitation,” said Sheriff Darren Weekly in a statement. “We believe that this video will help to clarify the facts about this tragic incident, to correct misinformation and to assure our citizens that our deputy acted within the law.”

In a press release from Glover, he realizes that the video evidence of what was previously said by the Sheriff's office contradicts that the shootout is “unjustified, unnecessary, unnecessary and in direct violation of its own guidelines and procedures of the sheriff office”.

Film material shows fatal shooting

The video published by Glover contains text in which the incident is described in the video when developing current breaks.

The video shared by the Sheriff's Office is verbally told, slowed down and enlarged, including photos that were taken after the incident.

Both videos show film material from the dash cam of the deputy, the body worn outdoors and a surveillance camera outdoors.

In the video published by the Seabron Family Attorney, the monitoring of the outdoor video on the Seabron shows, which runs out the main event building and is parked for a car in the front row.

When Seabron walks around the back of the vehicle, the lawyer's video shows that Seabron said: “I warned her. I said again “to others in front of the building.

The video published by the Sheriff's Office does not show that Seabron goes out of the building. However, a recording of the first active shooter call is played. In the recording, a caller can be heard that there were several shots – the people said that there were too many to count them – in the building and that people left the building.

In a press release from the sheriff's office, the answer to the answer is that there is several reports on shots.

“He arrived in less than a minute on site,” said Weekly in the publication. “He saw how people flee from business and confronted a man with a gun in the parking lot. The shooter focused on several people and rejected several commands to put down his gun before turning to my deputy. “

In accordance with state law, a peace officer is justified to apply fatal physical violence if the suspect has an immediate danger of death or serious physical injuries for the civil servant or other people.

In both videos, the surveillance material shows outdoors with a pistol in its right hand through the back of a vehicle. There are people outside of the building's entrance doors.

The film material-in both video-showed by the body that the deputy comes out of his vehicle and approaches Seabron. Seabron, who stands between two vehicles, has his back to the deputy when the MP approaches Seabron's weapon.

The representative commanded Seabron to drop the weapon: “Hey, let the gun fall, now falls, they fall, they fall.”

Seabron can be seen how he turns his head towards the deputy and opens the passenger door to a vehicle when the MP fired several shots.

In the video published by Glover, text on the screen states that the MP has not identified or that he had a weapon.

The Glover press release states that the film material shows that Seabron has addressed his weapon to anyone that his back was put on the deputy when the deputy was fired and that Seabron had never been given an appropriate opportunity to comply with the deputies of the deputy.

In the video published by Sheriff's Office and in the press release, the agency claims that Seabron had ignored several commands to drop his weapon.

The time between the first verbal order that the deputy and the shots fired by the MPs fired was less than five seconds, as from the calculations of Colorado Community Media from the video material from Colorado's calculations.

The press release of the Sheriff's Office also states that the investigation has caused Detective to determine that Seabron was involved as a step siblings and as an accessories for the female suspect, which is accused of firing several shots within the main event.

In the video, Weekly said that the Sheriff's office had identified dozens of victims who had to run from the shots inside.

Glover denies that the description of the Sheriff office that Seabron is painted as a “accessories” for the shootout in the building.

“Jalin Seabron, a young man who celebrated his 23rd birthday, was unjustly depressed in the attempt to protect his family,” said Glover's publication. “After the public can see the truth with its own eyes, we ask all relevant authorities at every level of government to pursue meaningful justice for Jalin.”
