The Bambi -Bucket teams of the 77th Combat Aviation Brigade supported the local firefighters on the ground in Camp Joseph T. Robinson on February 28, 2025 and dropped more than 33,600 gallons in five hours to curb the fire. Crews of the Arkansas Forestry Commission, the Pulaski County Office of Emergency Management as well as firefighters from the fire brigades of the North Little Rock, Sherwood, Oak Grove and Runyan Acres, who were coordinated with the two UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters to pour the flames of the larger fire. After the check, Bulldozer was used to clarify vegetation and take fire breaks in order to curb and prevent future fires, while training continued all weekend.

Fires during training events are a predictable event in Arkansas in every season. Camp Robinsons Range Control monitors the fire conditions on the post and is ready to draw a network of first aiders from Camp Robinson's fire brigade, the basic environmental office and the surrounding local fire brigades as a precaution to ensure public security for areas that adjoin the traffic lights for the areas.
