The family of a mother who was murdered in the Oklahoma Panhandle gathered where she believed that she died to celebrate what her 28th birthday would have been. Veronica Butler's family shared this with us. They put on a yellow bank. You can see it here on the website. It was signed by their children. They also published balloons for her birthday in her honor. Veronica and Gillian Kelly were both killed in March last year. The cases again

Butler and Jillian Kelley were killed in the rural district of Texas last March. They went missing and were found dead in mid -April after they had driven to the Oklahoma Panhandle to pick up Butler's children.
