Monitoring video shows moments before and after Kendal Crank's fatal shooting – WSOC TV

Charlotte – The process of one of the accused murderers of Kendal Crank, a mother from Charlotte shot in her car six years ago, is currently underway.

The surveillance video shown in court caught the moments before and after the Kendal Crank shootout in March 2019. The incident occurred during the main traffic time in North Charlotte, where the crank was on the way to the nursing school.

More past reporting:

The surveillance material revealed a typical afternoon scene along West 28th Street, with a school bus drove just a few minutes before the shots broke out.

Crank that drove a red Kia was stopped at a traffic light when she was fatally shot in the head. The public prosecutor claims that Adonis Smith, one of the three men who are accused of murder of Crank, is in a black SUV behind her vehicle.

The light became green, and when the cars moved forward, there was a shootout, which led to Crank's car held along a fence in East 28th Street. Another camera hinge showed that the suspect's car raced towards Uptown in the North Tryon Street while the people on site fled from the shots.

In the late Monday afternoon, the defense went to the parking lot of a shopping center in this second surveillance video.

They argue two men who shot from the parking lot from the parking lot, who were first shot on Smith when he was in the black SUV.

They argued that Smith was only repelled to self -defense, one of his balls hit the crank.

The best friend of Crank, who was in a car in front of her that day, will probably take the point of view at some point.

The process continues on Tuesday.

The process continues when the court examines evidence and statements in connection with the tragic death of Kendal Crank, whereby the surveillance video plays a crucial role in the procedure.
