Leaders of the Black Police Officials in Great Britain who were examined via tweet police

The leader of the British Blacks and Asian police officers was examined for a tweet.

Ch Insp andy George, the President of the National Black Police Association, said the decision to put him under an investigation of misconduct, “sends a terrifying message” and “Die Defrefreiheitstift”.

His tweet followed the case of the firearm officer Martyn Blake, who was triggered by a jury by a jury because of an unarmed man.

After the acquittal, the Metropolitan police Blake promoted Sergeant to the inspector, although the police guard believed that he should face a hearing due to alleged gross deficiency.

George's Tweet compared Blake's treatment with that of black and Asian officers who are exposed to disciplinary measures rather than their white colleagues.

In November 2024, George, himself a former firearm officer, tweet a Mailonline piece about the transport of Blake, whose career was set to his acquittal.

He then tweeted: “Regardless of her feelings, this will be a slap in the face of the disproportionate number of black civil servants who are examined for misconduct and held back in their own career! Undoubtedly influence black Londoners. “

George, a critic of the police races, said: “It is deeply that I am facing misconduct procedures just because I have an impact on problems that affect black civil servants and communities.

“My job is to work for fairness, accountability and justice in police work. This campaign sends me a terrifying message, not only to me, but to all black officers who cause concerns about the racial differences in police work.

“It suppresses freedom of speech, undermining my ability to represent our members, and increases the inequalities we are fighting to approach.

“The police have to be open to the exam and do not silence those who are looking for positive changes.

“This is the latest in a series of procedures of misconduct that has been introduced for the commitment for X, and is in strong contrast, like that [Police] Federation and senior officers are treated when they speak. “

The decision to examine George was made by the troops for which he works, the police service from Northern Ireland (PSNI).

The discipline announcement warns George that he “violated the PSNI ethics code” and says that it follows an assertion that has received violence.

The complainant claimed that the tweet had excited the racist department, biased and had no factual basis. They said, “I write again to complain about Inspector Andy George …”

“Hate, split and sharpness will probably be stirred under the officers.”

The complaint on which the PSNI supported its investigation continues: “It is high time that this man was removed from the police work, as it is clear that he is aiming to damage the relationship between different breeds, especially in the mead.”

Blake was charged with murder after an examination by the Independent Office for Police Behavior (IOPC).

The IOPC is now considering whether Blake should pursue due to gross misconduct, although in sections of the police, who consider his treatment as unfair, regarded as unfair or let his persecution fall after him.

After Blake's acquittal in three hours by a jury that was seen as a sign of a weak case, it was suspected that Kaba was a core member of a violent gang and was suspected of a shootout.

It led to the pressure to make it more difficult to put officers in court. A government's review will probably – as the police see them – give greater protection for civil servants if they apply violence as part of their duties. Some see it as immunity for agents of the state.

The PSNI, which was first contacted on Friday, did not comment on.
