The rumors about their separation began when Sunita mentioned in an interview that she and Govinda lived separately. She revealed that she and her children stayed in a separate apartment, while Govinda lived directly opposite them in a bungalow. However, she returned later and claimed that everything was in a joke and insisted that nobody could separate her. According to her first statement, Sunita made it clear that when Govinda's entry from her house, many visitors and for the security of her daughter decided to get her own apartment.
