State police arrested two two after illegal investigation for firearm sales

On February 28, 2025, the state police, the troop G, the violent ribbon and the activation enforcement (VGNET) (VGNet) (VGNet):

Tyler R. Kelly, 30, from Clifton Park, NY, for two cases of criminal sales of a firearm in the third degree.

Patrick A. McKee34 from Schodack, NY, for two cases of criminal property of a firearm.

During a ongoing examination of illegal sale and the possession of firearms, the investigators led several search commands on February 28, 2025 in Halfmoon, NY, and Schodack, NY. As a result. Kelly And McKee were both arrested and 21 weapons were confiscated.

Kelly And McKee were processed and then charged with the Schodack Town Court. Kelly was referred back to the Rensselaer County's correction facility without deposit. McKee was released from his own recognition.
