Alabama football offer 'Dream come true' for Nathan Carson

Nathan Carson was on the campus of the University of Alabama when the Crimson Tide began spring practice on Monday.

The 6-foot 5, 280 pounder left the campus with an offer from The Crimson Tide and fulfilled a childhood dream.

“It means a lot because I have been an Alabama fan since my little child,” said Carson to Touchdown Alabama. “It just feels like a dream would come true.”

Sophomore visits the Irmo High School in Columbia, South Carolina. He reports on previous offers from South Carolina, Florida State, Virginia Tech and others.

Carson plays the Alabama football program in several areas.

“It is astonishing when the intensity for the field expectations have the coaches to the players,” said Carson. “Everything is just perfect.”

Irmo heads Carson on the right. Alabama's new goal in the trenches is strong and powerful with the ability to effectively carry out various blocking orders, including zone blocking and combo blocks. It also flashes in pass protection.
