Ypsilanti area caused a total loss after the fire caused by kitchen abuse

Ypsilanti Township, Mi-A house in Ypsilanti-area is a total loss after a kitchen fire at the end of last week.

The crews were called in a house in the 2400 block of the Wagenway in the municipality of Ypsilanti near Ellsworth and South Hewitt Roads on Thursday afternoon.

A kitchen fire triggered the Blaze on February 27, said captain Fred Anstead from the Ypsilanti Township fire brigade in an e -mail. The house is considered a total loss.

According to previous reports, the garage and a vehicle were also damaged. Nobody was injured.

As a precaution, evacuated near houses were evacuated as a precaution. According to earlier reporting, the fire was deleted at around 4:30 p.m.

Some neighbors said they heard explosions when the fire started, although the cause of the noise was not immediately available, said Anstead.

The YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP fire brigade was supported by Crews from Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor Township, Ypsilanti, Pittsfield Township and Superior Township.
