According to reports, Stern WR has been cut after a failed search for trading

The Davante Adams era in New York is over.

The jets published the Star Receiver on Tuesday, according to several reports. Ian Rapoport from NFL Media was the first to report the news of Adams' departure. Adam Schefter from ESPN added that the publication of Adams, who had not guaranteed money in 2025, would lead to New York's $ 29.9 million for New York.

The jets supposedly tried to find a trading partner for Adams last week, but the search did not result in any applicants. Now Adams is free to sign with every team.

New York sent a selection in the third round in the third round 2025 for Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. The 32-year-old widout got 67 balls for 854 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games for the jets.

Several reports indicate that Aaron Rodgers wants to take Adams to his next team as soon as he becomes a free agent. The New England Patriots could also be interested in adding Adams, who played as head coach in Vegas for the offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
