Update to Nordquist Murder investigations on Wednesday – Finger Lakes Daily News

The law enforcement agencies will present an update on the Grand jury procedure in the Sam Nordquist murder examination in Ontario County on Wednesday. Seven people were charged with at least one crime, which will be announced at their next court appearance.

29-Year-Old Kimberly Socchia, of Canandaigua, 21-Year-Old Thomas Eaves, of Geneva, 38-Year-Old Preecious Arzguaga, of Canandaigua, 30-Gold Jennifer Quijano, of Geneva, 19-Year-Old Emily, of Lima, 30-year-old Patrick Goodwin, of Canandaigua, and 33-Year-Old Kyle Sage, of Rochester have all been chart with second-degree murder of evident indifference. All seven were charged for at least one crime that will be unveiled at their next court appearance.

The 24 -year -old north quist traveled from Minnesota to his finger Lakes last September and was reported missing last month after his family had recently heard from him on January 1st. On February 13, the investigators carried out a search command in the Patty's Lodge in Hopewell, where he was assumed that he was used to. His body was later discovered in a field in Yates County.

Three days after the discovery, the district of the district in Ontario stated that at the time there was no evidence that Nordquist's murder was a hate crime. Nordquist was transgender.

The fact that a defendant was charged with crime is only an accusation, and the accused is proven to and not guilty.
