Omaha, Neb., March 04, 2025 (Globe Newswire) -Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP, A Delaware Limited Partnership, (NYSE: GHI) (the “Partnership”) announced today that the 10-K financial year will be completed. The participants of the partnership may receive a hard copy of the 10-K form free of charge on request to the Investor Services Department of the Partnership under (855) 428-2951.

The partnership also announced that investors can now access the tax year 2024 Appendix K-1 forms via the website of the tax package www.taxpackagesupport.com/greystone. Investors with an existing access to the control package can access your partnership plan K-1 information with its existing accounts. Investors who have to set up an account can do so by clicking on the “Register” link. Representatives of the tax package support are available to support users at (833) 608-3512.
