The judge of the DC Superior Court, Neal Kravitz, agreed to change the boundary commands home, which made it difficult for the co -accused to take interviews during a hearing on February 28th.

The 28-year-old Eric Latney and James Crossland (28) will be killed in a dangerous weapon and two cases of possession of a firearm during a violent crime due to their alleged participant, because of their alleged participants. The incident took place on July 8, 2021 on the 200th Block of 56th Street NE.

During the hearing, the public prosecutor mentioned an earlier change to restrictions on the accused on January 24.

The public prosecutor rejected the request of an output ban at 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., which would make Crossland to see and take care of its children, and explained that the 24-hour home restriction made Crossland permissible employment opportunities.

The defender of Latney, Nikki Lotze, and the defender of Crossland, Hannah Claudio, argued that both defendants are able to look for employment opportunities, but it is extremely difficult given the temporary restrictions on the restrictions.

Since Latney has already left his place of residence for employment, the changes present will work conveniently and more hours. The judge ordered Latney to carry out his work plans by a community officer before leaving the house.

Claudio argued that he had remained compliant for three years and five months in the entire current arrest warrant order, was not arrested for additional indictment, held a temporary job and was negatively tested for every drug test. Claudio also argued that Crossland can take care of his children with these changes on request.

The judge partly granted both legal inquiries and said that the accused should only leave “for confirmed and approved work search”.

The parties should appear again on October 10th.
