Don't be fooled by the name of your company – Sianni Dean is neither grumpy nor a grandmother. The entrepreneurial 26-year-old designed her Cinnamon roll concept, Cranky Grandma's Sweet Rolls, while attending an entrepreneurial class in the High School. Born in New Jersey, the native grew to Cinnabon in the shopping center and after working a job at Ritas Italian ice cream, an idea accepted an idea. “In the past, they had a variety of different water ice taste. So I thought it would be great if there were a variety of different cinnamon roll aromas, ”says Dean. “I realized that people don't know what they sometimes want until they present it to them.” Cranky Grandma, named after her grandmother, has won millions of prospects with its decadent, exaggerated rotating aromas, from stuffed sweet potato cakes and fried chicken to banana pudding. In contrast to typical cinnamon rollers that concentrate on water, yeast and flour, the founder says that their buns in brioche style are higher in fats such as butter and eggs and make them particularly delicious. Look for aromas such as carrot cakes and crème brûlée this spring.
