Kl Rahul-Konsolen cry Indian fan immediately after winning games against Australia: “Heal wounds”

When India needed four runs of 12 balls, Kl Rahul Glenn Maxwell invited the route and hit the thrown delivery deep into the stands. A roar followed. India had beaten Australia, the same side that caused them in the night of the Odi World Cup final hardly 15 months ago. India had beaten Australia last year to switch them off from the T20 World Cup, but it was in a different format. The wounds of the 50-over format were still fresh. A fan that was violated against security to approach the game is immediately after India is defeated with four gates of Australia to get to the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 finals.

An emotional fan with tears that rolled over the eyes ran in to hug Kl Rahul who did not make any attempts to push him away. Because he knew what it meant for every Indian cricket. Rahul comforted the young man with a warm hug as if he had made Team India when Virat Kohli gave up his wicket for 84.

The graphic of Rahul, who hugged the crying fan, became viral after India's victory.

After the game, the former India kick -off Abhinav Mukund said: “The wounds (the Odi World Championship 2023) work.”

Kohli only hit five borders in his disciplined knock when he concentrated more on the risk-free accumulation of runs after India had dropped to 43-2 in eighth place.

“For me, it is about understanding the conditions and preparing my game accordingly,” said Kohli, after collecting the player's price.

“(It is about) only rotating strike, because partnerships on this field are the most important.”

A modern master, Kohli's flawless awareness of the game, has secured many successful chase for his team, and the 36-year-old said he had never forced his style on a field.

“Everything depends on the conditions. The pitch tells me how the cricket has to be played, and then I just switch on and play accordingly.”

It was another of these games in which Kohli found gaps regularly and ran hard between the winds to lead India close to their destination without taking risks.

“I didn't feel desperate. I was pretty happy to beat the people around,” he said.

“When you as a striker are proud to put these singles into the gaps, you know that you are playing a good cricket, and then you know that you have a big partnership.”

For him, the secret of reaching a chase was profound and the gate.

“It's all about pressure. If you go deep into the innings, the opposition usually gives in,” he said.

“It's about checking your impulses and knowing the number of links on the left. You know when you can turn the game around.”
