Florida AG begins criminal investigation against Tate Brothers

The Attorney General of Florida, James Uthmeier, announced an active criminal investigation by the Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate on Tuesday, which will return to the USA after the influencers, who were charged in Romania for rape and human trafficking in Romania, and were raised by conservative critics such as Florida governor Desantis.

Uthmeier said in a statement that he had ordered the execution of search command and lectures against the brothers after a thorough review of the evidence, although he did not develop the specific crimes or misconduct for which the crime was examined.

Uthmeier announced on Tuesday that the crime “had” publicly admitted to what seems to be a lot to be human trafficking, women around the world seem to open, and added “in Florida this kind of behavior is considered cruel.

The active criminal investigations are carried out about a week after the brothers from Romania arrived to Florida after their travel ban enforced by Romania had been lifted by local authorities, which were reportedly under pressure by the Trump administration.

Andrew, a self -proclaimed women's enemy, tweeted shortly after the announcement of Uthmeier that he was attacked, and added that prosecutors “try to find crimes for an innocent man”.

Tristan also interfered after the announcement and claimed that Letitia James, Attorney General of New York, is “after me”, although it is unclear why the tweet was addressed to the New York Attorney General and not to Uthmeier.

James 'office rejected an opinion and the lawyer of the Tate of Brothers, Joseph McBride, did not immediately answer for Forbes' request for comments.

What were the brothers crazy?

The brothers, who are two US citizens, were charged with a criminal group for minors in Romania, which they allegedly founded in 2021. They are also charged with rape and money laundering in the country and all accusations against them are refused. The crime was also charged with rape and human trafficking in Great Britain who contested them.

The act was too much exam in Florida last week. Desantis said his office was not involved or notified the return of the brothers to the USA and said reporters: “Florida is not a place where they are welcome with this type of behavior in the air.” Uthmeier said that it was not long after the crime had arrived, his office began a “preliminary examination” in the influencers. The conservative pundit Ben Shapiro has also pushed back to the USA's return to the USA and said in a tweet: “America no longer needs self -proclaimed pimps and terrorist followers.” Outside of their criminal charges, the Tate of Brothers have suspended against their digital content that has transferred oral attacks against women.
